Tell Hermia how your business works, one decision at a time. It takes about five minutes.
Prices include any GST that applies. No per-message, per-question or per-recipient fees. Already live? Request a change.
Pick your main trade, or write your own.
Pick one. Hermia connects to one CRM or job system per business, and shows the ones built for your industry.
Hermia picks up enquiries and answers them in the accounts you connect here. Marketplace and portal alerts arrive through your inbox.
On WhatsApp, where customers answer Hermia’s questions and can send photos. A customer who writes by email gets the first reply by email, then continues on WhatsApp. SMS isn’t available yet.
It goes at the foot of the reminder, follow-up and check-in emails Hermia sends your customers for you, as anti-spam laws in many countries require. A PO box is fine.
When a customer has answered Hermia’s questions, Hermia emails each person here a brief: everything your team needs to act, in one email. Each person gets their own private copy.
Some customers want to talk to a person. Hermia gives them this name and a phone number or email, and emails this person straight away with everything the customer has said.
A phone number, an email, or both.
When someone fills in a form on your website, the email comes from your website, not from them. Tell Hermia that address: it reads the customer’s details from inside the email, replies to the customer, and files them in your CRM as themselves.
Write it the way you would ask it. After go-live, a change costs USD $500 for each kind of change: connections, questions or calendar.
Hermia only offers your customers days and times inside these hours, with the actual dates, so they can choose one in a single tap.
In your business’s time zone.
This is the language Hermia uses with your customers. Briefs to your team stay in English.
Count each new person who gets in touch, however they reach you. Every plan gets the same Hermia.
Not sure? Pick the closest. Your plan follows your real enquiries.
Your plan looks after every new enquiry. These are optional: choose any of them, all of them, or none.
