Set the follow-up detail your team needs after the core job facts. Availability, estimate handling, media, access, and site safety are configured here once only, alongside your own rules.

Their time.
Your control.

Hermia captures when the customer is available in the Open Lead Notes, hands the prepared story to the right person, and only places a confirmed time into the schedule when your setup permits it.

Your prices.
Your rules.

Hermia never invents, sets or changes a price. If you permit an estimate, it works only from the approved pricing PDF or price guide you provide, matched to the affected asset type and the customer’s fault description. You then choose whether it asks the customer for an estimate amount.

Give Hermia the guide, not a guess.

When you let Hermia ask about an estimate amount, add the exact wording or PDF it may use. Hermia matches the asset and fault to your approved material, keeps uncertain pricing with your office, and never treats an estimate as a final quote.

No price guide added yet.

See it first.
Arrive prepared.

Hermia brings the job evidence, access details, hazards, and site conditions into the same prepared story so your team knows what to expect before the next move.

Approved price guide

How Hermia handles
price guidance.

Hermia uses only the material you approve. It can ask a customer about an estimate amount, but it never invents a price, promises a final quote, or changes your commercial rules.

1. Read the job storyHermia collects the asset, fault, urgency and supporting evidence first.
2. Match your guideIt compares those facts with the service, scope and conditions in your approved material.
3. Keep it an estimateAny amount is contextual guidance, not a final quote or a promise to the customer.
4. Escalate uncertaintyIf there is no close fit, Hermia keeps price discussion with your office.
Upload your approved pricing PDF

PDF only, up to 20 MB. It will be sent with the configuration record when you continue.

No PDF selected.

For the best match, make sure the PDF shows:
  • the service or job type and the scope it covers;
  • prices or price ranges, including callout, labour, materials and GST where relevant;
  • conditions, exclusions or cases that must be quoted by your office; and
  • the effective date or version of the guide.
